Reachr connects your computers directly and encrypts every session end-to-end. We never see, store, or sell the contents of your screen, your files, or your keystrokes. We collect only what we need to run your account, take payment, and keep the app reliable.
Reachr provides fast, secure remote-desktop software. This policy explains what we collect and why.
We collect the minimum needed to run the service:
Remote sessions are end-to-end encrypted and peer-to-peer. We do not see, store, or record your screen, keystrokes, files, or clipboard.
To operate the service, authenticate you, process payments, prevent abuse, and provide support.
We use a small number of functional cookies (session, anonymous download attribution). No third-party advertising trackers.
We share data only with processors that run the service (e.g. Stripe for billing, our hosting provider). We never sell your data.
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a short period after, then deleted or anonymized.
Passwords are hashed with scrypt, traffic is encrypted in transit, and sessions are peer-to-peer encrypted end-to-end.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data — email us and we'll help.
Reachr is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
