Use Reachr for lawful remote access to computers you're allowed to control. Solo is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime — no yearly contract. Mac and Linux clients are betas. These terms cover the rest.
By downloading or using Reachr, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Reachr lets you view and control remote computers you are authorized to access.
You agree to use Reachr only for lawful purposes and on devices you own or are permitted to access.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials and device passwords secure.
The free plan has session limits. Reachr Solo is $10/month, billed monthly via Stripe, and can be cancelled anytime.
Because Solo is low-cost and month-to-month, fees are generally non-refundable, but contact us if something went wrong.
Reachr and its branding belong to us. You get a limited, revocable license to use the software.
Reachr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
